The Regents Canal towpath is to be regenerated over the next few months.

The Canal & River Trust will introduce more green spaces on the route, as well as widen the path where possible and create more exits to the street.

Some efforts to improve the area have already been undertaken with a community garden at Hanover Primary School and signage near Packington Estate indicating a quicker route away from the towpath.
