Upmarket fish and chip shop Suttons and Sons recently opened its third outlet on Essex Road, Canonbury.
After working as a fishmonger for many years, Danny Sutton opened his first shop in 2007 in Stoke Newington and one in Shoreditch not long after.
He credits his quality products for his success.
“I get down the fish market pretty much every day still. I like to do the buying.” Although they do serve Chablis he explains: “It’s not posh, it’s quality.”
