Arsenal will hope to book their place in the quarter finals of the Champions League as they take on PSV Eindhoven at the Emirates tonight.
The Gunners have a commanding 7-1 lead on aggregate after a historic night in the Netherlands last Tuesday.
PSV will need to score seven unanswered goals to book their place into the next round, where either Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid will face the winner of this tie.
After a humiliating loss last Tuesday at the hands of Mikel Arteta’s men, Peter Bosz’s side returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over SC Heerenveen in the Eredivisie.
However, Arsenal however failed to build on the momentum of last week’s win, drawing 1-1 away with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Team News
Arteta could look to replenish his starting XI with one eye on Sunday’s clash against London rivals Chelsea in the Premier League.
Forwards Kai Havertz, Gabriel Jesus, and Bukayo Saka remain side-lined through injury, though Arteta is hopeful he will have star man Saka available for the quarter finals should Arsenal go through tonight.
