Theatre: Frozen

What? A critically acclaimed play that explores the horror of losing a child is making its debut at Park Theatre on 18 March. Described as a “must-see”, by The Independent, and a “major play”, by The Times, this haunting production by esteemed dramatist Bryony Lavery is not to be missed.

Literature: Shakespeare Saturday

What? In veneration of the most celebrated playwright of them all, Islington Central Library will be holding a full afternoon of activities, including dressing up in period costumes. Participants are advised to bring a camera. No booking is necessary.

Art: William Cobbing: The Duddo Field Club Audit

What? Talented artist William Cobbing’s latest exhibition at the Tintype Gallery on Essex Road is a proud display of his propensity for sculpture work and accompanying visual performance that alludes to the merging of landscape with human form. Dance: Northern Ballet — The Great Gatsby

What? After its sell out success at Sadler’s Wells in 2013, Northern Ballet’s The Great Gatsby returns by popular demand. The production offers a creative and imaginative dance interpretation of Scott Fitzgerald’s acclaimed tragedy about a mysterious millionaire with a penchant for lavish parties.
