18.53 Alina who lives off of Holloway Road has emailed her and her housemate’s best pumpkin efforts. The middle one is her first ever pumpkin attempt and we think it’s a pretty good job!

18.51 The Old Queen’s Head in Angel are doing a Naked Halloween Reading Special, 7-12pm run by the London branch of international burlesque life drawing group Dr Sketchy. Why don’t you go along, after all, what could be more scary than your birthday suit?
17.40 Islington Mill Studios have a tantalisingly mysterious event tonight. ‘Werewolf’ promises “Four times the deception, four times the lies and four times the paranoia. It’s a social game which you can easily pick up but is impossible to master. This Halloween we show social engineering like never before..” It’s free and it starts at 6.30pm so overcome your fears and head down!

13.16 Islington Arts Factory in Holloway are celebrating Halloween all week this week with a Haunted House half term workshop. Children will be working all week on a haunted house masterpiece which will be displayed as part of the MakeArt exhibition at Islington Arts Factory this December, and will be shown to the mayor. Group leader Eleanor Pearce said: “We do this every year, and the kids really look forward to the mayor coming and giving him a tour”.

11.52 Clerkenwell’s alternative Halloween event has kicked off: to complement Islington Museum’s ‘Rebel Clerkenwell’ exhibition there is a ‘Clerkenwell: Radicals, religion and rivers’ walk around the most radical sites in Clerkenwell, starting at Farringdon station.
